个人简介:

王斌(1993-),澳大利亚科廷大学博士,上海大学管理学院副教授(直聘),入选上海市领军人才(海外)(2021)、上海市浦江人才计划(2021)、上海市晨光学者(2022)等多项高层次人才计划。“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”获得者。

研究兴趣为数智时代的工作设计和失败管理。主持和参与7项国家级和省部级研究课题。已在Academy of Management AnnalsHuman Resource Management JournalJournal of Organizational BehaviorJournal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology等国内外高水平期刊发表论文三十余篇,研究成果入选ESI热点论文、高被引论文;主编出版1部教材,1部专著。

曾获上海市哲学社会科学优秀成果奖一等奖(第一完成人)、上海市决策咨询研究成果奖一等奖、Wiley Top Cited Article(3次)、Wiley Top Downloaded Article、全国百篇优秀管理案例(4篇)、AoM最佳会议论文奖(2023)、科廷大学“校长杰出博士论文奖”、科廷大学“年度论文高度赞誉奖”、澳大利亚未来工作研究中心“青年学者最具影响力论文奖”。
