演讲人简介：

林嵩，清华大学管理学博士，中央财经大学商学院教授、博导、副院长。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划等人才计划。在《Academy of Management Journal》、《Small Business Economics》、《Management Decision》、《中国工业经济》等学术期刊上发表论文数十篇。主要研究领域包括创业失败与连续创业、创业投融资与创新战略等。

演讲内容简介：

In this paper, we studied entrepreneurs’ sense of shame after failure and its effect on their serial entrepreneurship. Tracking data on serial entrepreneurs and their ventures from 2015 to 2016, we found that the higher their sense of shame after business failure, the more likely it was that the entrepreneurs would found larger enterprises in their serial entrepreneurship actions. Such relationship was stronger when entrepreneurs attributed failure to internal factors.
