个人简介：
周琼瑶，上海大学管理学院工商管理系讲师，上海交通大学管理学博士、KEDGE Business School访问学者。研究方向主要聚焦于组织行为与人力资源、数字创新与知识管理、商业伦理与社会责任，在《Journal of Business Ethics》、《International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《International Journal of Hospitality Management》、《Journal of Knowledge Management》、《经济与管理研究》等国内外高水平期刊发表论文20余篇， 其中2篇入选ESI前1%高被引论文；在AOM、IACMR，EIBA等国内外顶级会议汇报论文，获得上海市第十六届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。
