个人简介：

朱希德，山东潍坊人，管理学博士，副教授，管科系副主任，上海浦江人才。

2014年荣获日本政府“国费留学生”全额奖学金，赴横滨国立大学攻读经营学（管科+工商）博士学位。攻读博士期间，于2017年赴香港浸会大学开展为期近一年的学术研究工作。2019年毕业并荣获横滨国立大学“Outstanding Scholarly Achievement”优秀学术奖。

毕业后入职上海大学管理学院，先后任管理科学与工程系讲师（2019/03-2022/02）、副教授（2022/03-今）、副主任（2023/11-今），上海市高水平地方高校重点创新团队核心成员。

2019年荣获上海市高校新教师岗前培训项目“优秀学员”称号，并在青年教师教学比赛中荣获“最佳教学奖”荣誉证书。2023年荣获上海大学管理学院年度优秀教师。独立讲授本科生核心基础课程《金融工程建模与分析》4年间荣获2次满分100分的学生评价。指导研究生多次荣获国家奖学金、上海大学一等奖学金、上海市优秀毕业生、上海大学优秀毕业生、MBA中心优秀毕业生、MBA中心优秀学位论文等荣誉。

入围上海市“浦江人才”计划，上海大学首批“青年英才”启航计划；主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，上海市高校青年教师培养资助项目（重点推荐）；以主要参与人身份参与国家自然科学基金面上项目，上海市高水平地方大学建设计划，上海市嘉定区、浦东新区政府横向课题等多个科研项目。

在管理科学与运筹学领域发表SSCI/SCI检索论文30余篇，相关学术成果被国内外学者积极评价和引用，担任ABS星级期刊Pacific Journal of Optimization客座主编，多次担任European Journal of Operational Research、International Journal of Production Research、International Transactions in Operational Research、IEEE Transactions系列、Transportation Research系列、《运筹与管理》等国内外知名期刊审稿人。
