个人简介：

朱希德，山东潍坊人，管理学博士，副教授，管科系副主任，上海浦江人才。

2014年荣获日本文部省“国费留学生”全额奖学金，赴横滨国立大学攻读经营学（管科+工商）博士学位。攻读博士期间，于2017年赴香港浸会大学开展为期近一年的学术研究工作。2019年毕业并荣获横滨国立大学“Outstanding Scholarly Achievement”优秀学术奖。

毕业后入职上海大学管理学院，先后任管理科学与工程系讲师（2019.03-2022.02）、副教授（2022.03-今）、副主任（2023.11-今），现为上海市高水平地方高校重点创新团队“数字预算转型与城市社会治理”核心成员。

在职期间，荣获2019年度上海市高校新教师岗前培训项目“优秀学员”称号，并在青年教师教学比赛中荣获“最佳教学奖”荣誉证书，荣获2023年度上海大学管理学院优秀教师荣誉称号。独立讲授的本科生核心基础课程《金融工程建模与分析》4年间荣获2次满分100分的学生评价。指导硕士研究生获得最高95分的校外盲审成绩。

入围上海市“浦江人才”计划，上海大学“青年英才”启航计划；主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，上海市高校青年教师培养资助项目（重点推荐）；以主要参与人身份参与国家自然科学基金面上项目，上海市高水平地方大学建设计划，上海市嘉定区、浦东新区政府横向课题等多个科研项目。

在管理科学与运筹学领域发表SSCI/SCI检索论文20余篇，相关学术成果被国内外学者积极评价和引用，担任ABS星级期刊《Pacific Journal of Optimization》客座主编，IEEE Transactions系列、Transportation Research系列、《运筹与管理》等国内外知名期刊审稿人。
