Client Management Intern
Report to Client Management Director, China.
Purpose and general responsibilities of the position:
• Provide support to various work tasks, including running reports, installation document
generation and claim pick up at client.
Main duties/Responsibilities
• Membership reporting for the AEs as well as for the Contract Team.
• Special Client Reporting in terms of Eligibility/premium calculation.
• Issue Log Updates (Billing/Eligibility/etc) so that client management team can better identify
key issues that impact our clients and help operations to resolve.
• Helping put together renewal proposals and provide to the AE/CM for review
• Admin work for the whole client management team.
• Other tasks assigned by Client Management Manager.
Requirements
• An interest in insurance.
• English and Mandarin fluency – spoken, written, reading
• Demonstrated solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and
MS Outlook. PowerPoint etc.
• Responsible, energetic and creative
• Attendance requirement: at least two days a week.

1 Identification

Reporting to: Team Leader
2 Main duties/Responsibilities
• Assign efficiently all incoming mail and claims to relevant MSRs.
• To ensure that all faxes are sent in time and keep an up-to-date register, distributing incoming faxes quickly and
efficiently.
• To carry out photocopying, scanning tasks quickly and accurately.
• Doing the filing for company document based on requirement.
3 Experience Required
• Team work
• English and Mandarin fluency – written, reading
4 Education/professional qualifications required
• University education required
• English language competency & Arithmetic
• PC literate
• Solid knowledge of basic Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel and MS Outlook. Powerpoint is desirable but not
required.
5 Skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external clients
• Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems
• Ability to work under own initiative and proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements
